You have to pay more attention to what characters tell you, and read your journal often, so that will help you with the quests (whenever you complete a quest, a new thing to do unlocks in the game, including gossips)

My game crashed after the animation of the bukkake with Claire and Violet at the "Date Site" with a black screen and the "next text" logo.
I had that too, I think I've seen them saying they'll fix it later
Can't seem to play the game after downloading and extracting windows version. Get a pop-up message saying;
